Based on studying mission planning systems(MPS) at home and abroad,the main jobs and related environments of different MPS have been analyzed from the systems classification.MPS is divided by four ways of operating environment,working pattern,planning content and arranging way.The verification and validation methods,the operating roadmap for MPS are proposed from the viewpoint of engineering and applications.It is introduced that the verification of MPS include hardware,software and system-level test.The verification methods of program are mainly designing scenario.
