A synthetic analyzing model of operation effectiveness for a real army detachment is built.And the associated method based on the American system effectiveness analysis WSEIAC(weapon system effectiveness industry advisory committee) model for small arm is put forward,in which the Khalmocorofe onward equation of random process theory is used,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics are combined.An example of a whole progress battle for an army detachment is presented.The usable measurement,operation ability and effectiveness are contrastively analyzed in the different fighting stage for the different small arm. The study results prove that the established model and the mentioned method have their flexibility,feasibility and practicability.
