Operational effectiveness analysis method based on SEA(System Effectiveness Analysis) for ballistic missile(BM) early warning system is proposed.Anti-missile early warning supporting effectiveness analysis problem is expounded,the postulate of SEA is introduced,and the capability measurement,system mapping and mission mapping of anti-missile early warning supporting are presented.Capability measurement weights are dealt with TFN-AHP.Effectiveness model of BM early warning system is brought forward.The model is simulated with an example and the result is given,which indicates that the model is effective and reliable.
