Based on many effectiveness evaluation theories and methods in the world,the operational effectiveness evaluation models are presented,including main operational system,support system, command system and operational system for certain anti-aircraft missile weapon. These models are proved correctness and feasibility by example,and are able to offer decision evidence for target demonstration, plan demonstration,engineering development, finalizing design and operational use of anti-aircraft missile weapon.
