A survey of DARPA research programs are given in the past ten years,and DARPA research programs of precision strike weapons are analyzed,including hypersonic strike weapons,offensive missile weapons,defensive weapons,and so on. The key technologies of developing precision strike weapons are introduced,such as power,navigation,guidance,detection and reconnaissance,materials,advanced manufacturing,etc.,its last research progress and development trend are summarized. At last,DARPA research on the new operational concept are introduced,and its influence on precision strike weapons and key technologies are analyzed.
