Artificial intelligence is the "energizer" of electromagnetic spectrum warfare system. Based on AI, it can significantly improve the perception, cognition and decision-making ability of electromagnetic spectrum warfare system, and greatly reduce the OODA cycle time. Aiming at the optimization problem of OODA loop in electromagnetic spectrum warfare, technologies such as intelligent perception, intelligent cognition, intelligent decision making and intelligent confrontation are adopted to optimize the OODA loop in electromagnetic spectrum warfare to improve the operation speed and adaptive ability of OODA loop. First,the technology and application of artificial intelligence are introduced. The OODA loop is constructed, and the optimization scheme of OODA loop based on artificial intelligence is emphasized,the main intelligent model is analyzed, and the development trend of electromagnetic spectrum warfare enabled by artificial intelligence technology is summarized systematically. Finally, the summary of electromagnetic spectrum warfare based on artificial intelligence is given.
