According to characteristics of the fighting effectiveness of radar netting,the evaluation factor target system of it is presented.A three stage fuzzy combined evaluation model is established by means of the theory and methodology of fuzzy mathematics evaluation model,And the weight vectors of target system are found up.Finally,the design method about the fighting effectiveness of radar netting fuzzy decision is introduced simply.
