On the basis of long-term practice,the US army has constructed a complete test system for the equipment used systematically. The US army air defense and anti-missile equipment-system test is studied. The system-based test of the US army air defense and anti-missile equipment is described from three dimensions: life cycle,test level,and test method. The methods involved in the test and some key supporting technologies are also introduced and the test strategy of the US army for carrying out the air defense and anti-missile equipment system test work is refined,which could provide some references for the test and appraisal of the same type of equipment.
