基于“星链”卫星系统在俄乌冲突中的应用，介绍了“星链”计划的基本情况，包括其总体目标、发展阶段现状和主要特点优势。从网络舆论、情报信息、无人机作战等多个方面，分析了“星链”在俄乌冲突中的运用情况。对“星链”卫星在“目标侦察、电子对抗、反导拦截、通信保障”四个方面的战斗能力和潜在威胁进行了分析和研判。针对“星链”卫星的未来发展趋势提出了措施及建议。
Abstract：Based on the application of Starlink satellite system in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the overall goals, development status and main advantages of the Starlink program are introduced. And Starlink's application in Russia-Ukraine conflict is analyzed from several aspects of public opinion on Internet,intelligence information, drone operations, etc. Furthermore, the combat capabilities and potential threats of Starlink satellites are analyzed and judged in aspects of reconnaissance, electronic countermeasures, antimissile interception and communication support. Some suggestions are put forward in view of the future development of Starlink satellites.
