Hardware-in-the-loop simulation is an indispensable main simulation method for sample development,performance assessment and operational drill of the tactical missile weapon system. From the five aspects of multi-physical fields coupling simulation,navigation system simulation,multi-channel/broad band guidance and control system simulation,anti-jamming simulation and range test simulation,the development status of foreign tactical missile hardware-in-the-loop simulation equipment and technique are introduced. In addition,the development status and trend of its verification capability are analyzed. And complex battlefield environment,new physical effects,multi-projectile coordination and multi-body aircraft coordination should be focused on. The conclusion has a reference significance for the development of future tactical missile hardware-in-the-loop simulation capability.
