针对组网雷达多目标跟踪场景,提出了一种频谱共存下组网雷达功率带宽联合优化分配算法。建立了组网雷达跟踪场景下目标运动模型和雷达观测模型,并推导了预测贝叶斯克拉美-罗下界作为目标跟踪性能衡量指标。以最小化多目标跟踪误差为优化目标,以雷达发射功率和信号带宽作为优化参数,建立了组网雷达功率带宽资源联合优化分配模型。在此基础上,采用内点法和循环最小法对上述优化模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,相较于资源均匀分配算法,所提算法能够有效降低多目标跟踪误差,提升频谱共存下组网雷达系统的多目标跟踪精度。
Abstract:Aiming at the multi-target tracking scenario of radar network, an optimization algorithm of radar power and bandwidth resources allocation of radar network in spectrum coexistence is proposed. The target motion model and radar observation model in the tracking scene of radar network are established, and the predicted Bayesian Cramer-Rao lower bound is deduced as the target tracking performance index. Taking minimizing the multi-target tracking error as the objective function and taking the radar transmit power and signal bandwidth as the optimization parameters, a joint optimization model of power and bandwidth resource allocation for radar network is established. On this basis, the interior point method and cyclic minimum method are used to solve the above optimization model. Simulation results show that compared with the uniform resource allocation algorithm, the proposed optimization algorithm can effectively reduce the multi-target tracking error of radar network and improve the multi-target tracking accuracy of the radar system in spectrum coexistence.
