Applications of MEMS Technology to Missile Systems

摘要:

微机电系统技术具有体积小、质量轻、功能丰富以及批量生产成本低等特点,在民用和军用领域都具有广泛的应用,导弹领域是其一个重要的应用方向。参考国外军事领域MEMS技术发展的相关计划和研究,结合导弹武器的系统组成,从子系统功能方面对MEMS技术在导弹上的应用进行了分析和总结,包括目标探测、导航定位、飞行控制、遥测通信、安全与引信、健康监测等方面,并分类介绍了MEMS技术在导弹上的典型应用情况。

Abstract:

Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems(MEMS) are used widely in both civil and military fields for their advantages of compact size,light weight,abundant functions and low cost by mass production,and the application in missile systems is one of the most important headings.Taking the programs and studies developing for MEMS technology in United States and European countries for reference,and based on the composition of missile systems,the applications of MEMS technology in missile weapons are analyzed and summarized from missile subsystem function aspect,including target detection,navigation,flight control,telemetry and communication,security and fuze,and health monitor.And then the typical applications of MEMS technology in these subsystem region are introduced.
