Development process and improvement of high-power laser-jamming photoelectric seeker are presented.The advantages and the important role it plays in modern war are stressed.Emphasis is put on performances and characteristics of several types of laser-jamming seeker technology,and its development trend is given by analysis.A conclusion is drawn that high-power laser weapon can be used in protecting own targets from incoming missile attack in future modern war and local war.
