With the advancement of technology and innovation in applications, foreign military UAVs have made remarkable development in 2023. Military UAVs have shown intelligent and diversified development trends in terms of new research systems, in-service improvements and key technology research.According to the disclosure time sequence, the new research systems in foreign countries are classified and summarized from UCAV, integrated inspection and strike drones, solar drones, hypersonic drones, small tactical drones, loitering munitions, etc. The improvement of active drones in military powers such as the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as the development of key technologies in foreign drones, are summarized and analyzed.It is summarized the development trends of intelligent, collaborative, and low-cost platforms in foreign drone systems.
